Svoiv Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

Svoiv Club (com.svoiv.app) and SvoiVantalii operate under the Google Play developer name Serkco Labs. Privacy contact: hello@svoivantalii.com.

Data we process

• Account data: email, user ID and, for Google sign-in, provider ID, name and avatar.
• Profile and community data: display name, username, avatar, bio, neighborhood, languages, topics, replies, reactions, groups, meetups and optional dating profile details.
• Messages: regular direct messages are processed by the server for delivery and moderation; Secret Chat stores encrypted content and device-related protocol data.
• Payments: product identifiers, membership state and hashed or operational Google Play purchase data. We do not receive full payment-card details.
• Technical and safety data: request times, rate-limit events, error information and pseudonymous signals needed to prevent abuse.
• Newsletter email data only when you separately subscribe or enable the related setting.

Why we use it

• Create and protect accounts and keep app and website sessions synchronized.
• Provide profiles, the forum, groups, messaging, dating and Svoi Club access.
• Verify Google Play subscriptions and prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
• Moderate user-submitted text and protect the community.
• Answer support requests, meet legal obligations and improve service reliability.

Providers and sharing

We use Supabase for accounts and database services, Google for Google sign-in and Play billing, hosting infrastructure and email providers for site and email delivery. Text submitted to moderated features may be processed by OpenAI for safety classification. Each provider receives only the data needed for its function.

• We do not sell personal data.
• Public topics, replies and public profile fields can be seen by other users and may be available on the internet.
• Private groups and direct messages are shown only to authorized participants.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while an account is active and for as long as the purposes above require. Deleting an account removes the profile, private account data, device keys, dating data, saved items and club access. Public and club discussions may remain in anonymized form under “Deleted member” so conversations remain coherent. Limited purchase, refund, security or abuse records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, legal obligations or dispute resolution.

• In the app: Profile → Delete account.
• Outside the app, use this website’s account-deletion page or email hello@svoivantalii.com.
• Deleting Svoiv does not cancel an active Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play.

Security and your rights

We use database row-level access controls, secure on-device session storage, encrypted transport and rate limits. No system can guarantee absolute security.

• You can request access, correction or deletion of your data.
• You can unsubscribe from email using the link in a message.
• Where GDPR or KVKK applies, you may exercise the rights provided by those laws by contacting our legal email.

Age and changes

Svoiv is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If this policy changes materially, we will update the date and notify users when required.
