Account and age

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. You are responsible for accurate account details, device security and activity performed through your session. Do not transfer your account to another person.

Community rules

• Do not post illegal, threatening, discriminatory, deceptive or exploitative content.
• Do not harass people, disclose another person’s private information or send spam.
• Do not bypass moderation, access controls, billing, encryption or security measures.
• Only publish content you have the right to use.

Content and moderation

You retain rights to your content and grant us a limited right to host, process and display it to operate the service. We may hide or remove content, restrict a feature or suspend an account when necessary for safety, law or these terms. Automated moderation can make mistakes; contact support to appeal a decision.

Svoi Club and Google Play

Paid Android digital features are purchased through Google Play and are also governed by Google Play terms. Price, billing period, trials and renewal are displayed before purchase. Cancel in Google Play; deleting the Svoiv account does not by itself stop billing. Paid access ends after the purchased period expires.

Safety and dating

Never send passwords, codes, identity documents or money to strangers. Verify who you are speaking with and choose a public place for a first meeting. Blocking and reporting tools are available, but we do not guarantee another user’s identity, intentions or behavior.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We may change features, fix defects and perform maintenance. To the extent allowed by law, Svoiv is not responsible for indirect loss, user conduct, third-party places, events, links or decisions based on user content.

Termination and changes

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or close an account for serious or repeated violations. Material term changes will be published here. Questions: hello@svoivantalii.com.
