Svoiv Child Safety Standards

Svoiv prohibits child sexual abuse, exploitation, and any content or conduct that puts a child at risk. These standards apply to every user and all user-generated content.

Zero tolerance

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, and attempts to arrange sexual contact with a child are prohibited.
  • Searching for, offering, distributing, storing, or directing others to such material is prohibited, including through links or coded instructions.
  • Svoiv is restricted to adults aged 18 and over, but this age restriction does not replace child-safety safeguards.

How to report

In the app, open the conversation and choose Safety menu → Report → Child safety concern. The report enters our safety-review queue. The member can also be blocked immediately.

  • For a separate report, email hello@svoivantalii.com. Do not email images or video that may be CSAM; provide only the information needed to locate the account or content.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement without delay.

Review and enforcement

We prioritize child-safety reports, restrict access to suspected illegal material while it is reviewed, and act on credible signals and applicable legal requirements.

  • Remove prohibited content and related links.
  • Restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts and devices.
  • Preserve the minimum evidence needed with tightly limited access.
  • Report confirmed cases to competent authorities and authorized reporting channels where applicable law requires it.

Prevention and cooperation

We use access controls, user reporting, blocking, moderation, and anti-abuse measures. Attempts to evade these controls are violations. Svoiv cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities and reviews these standards regularly.

  • The designated contact for child-safety compliance and Google Play inquiries is the legal contact listed above.
  • These standards apply worldwide, regardless of a user’s language or where content is posted.
